Our training system combines a hyper-realistic experience with real time feedback and data-driven training capabilities. The system measures and grades every single trainee and helps identify capability gaps within the organisation.

3 - Key Training Categories
1 - Extreme Mobile Training Unit
This unique solution allows for high volume training from the level of a single trainee to the level of a team in civilian or military settings. This is an efficient and cost-effective solution for technical or realistic training.
2 - Field Training
From basic field training to the public, through advanced training to medics and up to high-level tailor-made training to subject experts, our field training packages cover every situation, from point of injury to hospitalisation.
We create and operate extremely diverse scenarios which include but are not limited to: Civilian and military Mass Casualty incidents (MCI), Single Shotter, Stabbing, Disaster Site, Search and Rescue (S&R), Continuity Of Operations (COO) Injuries at Sport Events, Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN), Casualty Identification, Prolonged Field Care (PFC), Trauma Surgery, Crime Scene Identification (CSI).
3 - Courses
Our Casualty Care in an Extreme Incident (CCEI) courses are led by our team of subject matter experts, and include theoretical lessons, hands on experience and a stress test/exam (according to the needs of the client).
- The courses are usually 1-2 days long and are provided at the vicinity of the client.
High-end Medical Simulation
We develop and manufacture high-end medical simulators, featuring durability, realism and ease of use and service. Our products have been validated by leading medical centres and a selection of military medical corps. Our product line includes a range of exceptionally durable and realistic manikins, task trainers, wearable wounds and advanced training aids for surgeons.
